CircleDNA collection kits are easy and convenient to use. Detailed instructions are included in each Circle kit. If your order contains more than one kit, please make sure that each individual collects his/her DNA sample using the collection kit they have registered or intend to register. The sample collection process is simple and you can provide your DNA under various health circumstances, including while you are sick, while you are on common medication, or while you are pregnant. Before collecting your sample,
- Create an account and activate your kit using the CircleDNA mobile app
- Do not eat, drink, smoke, or use mouthwash 30 minutes before collecting your DNA sample

Peel the pouch to remove the swab, ensuring you do not touch the swab tip. |

Place the swab tip inside your mouth and rub against your cheek 10 times.
Repeat on the other side. |

Without spilling the DNA preservation liquid, remove the cap of the tube and insert the swab tip in. Break the swab stick at the score point in the middle of the stick. |

Tightly screw the cap back on the tube and shake the tube 10 times to cover the swab tip with the preservation liquid. |

Place the tube inside the Specimen Bag and seal it. Then place the bag into the box. |

Buffered samples are stable at a wide range of temperatures (-4ºF to 122ºF or -20ºC to 50ºC) for up to 3 months. We recommend that you ship your sample to our laboratory at your earliest convenience.
Once your sample has been received by our laboratory, the status progress on your Circle app will automatically update.
