Before sending your sample for return to Circle, please note down your tracking number to track your shipment.
Upon sending in your sample, it takes 3-5 business days for it to arrive at our laboratory and an email notification will be sent to you once our lab team receives your sample.
You can also track the status of your sample by logging into your Circle mobile app.
