If you choose to delete your account, you will not be able to access your report through the Circle App.
To delete your Circle account, please submit a request here by selecting "I have a question" and then "Others" in the dropdown menu.
In the request details, simply indicate that you would like to delete your account and include the registered email address for that account.
Our Customer Support team will get back to you on the request in one business day.
Upon submission of your request, we will send an email to the email address linked to your CircleDNA account requesting confirmation of your request. Once you confirm your request to permanently delete your data, this process cannot be canceled, undone, withdrawn, or reversed.
