Upon order confirmation, your Circle test kits will be delivered to you within the next 5-7 business days. If you have not received it by then, please immediately email care@circleDNA.com with the following information:
(i) Order number
(ii) Email address used to make payment
(iii) Details of your order: the name of the product(s) ordered and quantity
Additionally, check with anyone who may have accepted your delivery on your behalf, such as other household members, neighbors, or someone who accepts mail for your building.
