What are the delivery options and how much?

Every Circle test kit includes complimentary delivery and return to the following 80+ countries below. 

If your country is not listed, Circle DNA cannot recommend our service to you or endorse alternative ways for you to receive our service. We apologize for any inconvenience. Availability of Circle Series test services depends on various factors such as ease of delivery, custom laws, local laws on genetic testing and sample transportation. Please also note that sample return for each kit is supported only from the country listed in the delivery address.

Import taxes and duties for CircleDNA products are already covered. Should you receive notifications to settle any charges for shipment release, kindly REJECT the request, and reach out to the Circle Team at [e-mail] for further assistance.

For delivery to Hong Kong, your order will be sent to you via S.F. Express.
For delivery to countries outside of Hong Kong, your order will be sent to you via FedEx or through a local partner.
