With Circle Premium, our board-certified genetic counsellors will help you understand your results, discuss any questions you may have, as well as advise you to work on an actionable screening or prevention plan with your healthcare provider.
To book your genetic counsellor consultations, simply head over to your Circle mobile app and follow these instructions: Home > Booking: Consultation > Genetic Counselling > Select from one of the available date/time slots.
After you make a genetic counsellor consultation booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to fill in the respective pre-consultation questionnaire. We highly encourage you to fill this in prior to the consultation so we can best address your goals and concerns and make the most out of the 30-minute session.
At the consultation booking time, our genetic counsellor will call you at the phone number you have provided to us. There is no need for you to call in.
Cancellation policy: As our appointments are hugely popular, you can only cancel or reschedule 48 hours prior to your original appointment. If you miss your appointment, you will not be able to book another consultation. If you do not see any available timeslots on the app, you may consider cancelling your existing appointment and rebooking once more timeslots open up.
