Yes, multiple kits can be activated under one Circle account.
With the Circle Series, we are launching not just a next-generation DNA test but also an improved experience for you and your loved ones to access your Circle results via our mobile app. With the mobile app, you can create an account using your email address and store multiple Circle profiles with the same account. Simply log into your desired Circle account and activate the kits using the Circle account. The shared account lets you easily keep track of the multiple kits activated with it. This also allows you to consolidate your results together with the results of your loved ones onto the same platform for easy and convenient access, as well as help your loved ones book consultations.
In order to activate a new test kit within the existing Circle account, please kindly refer to the following steps:
1. Login to your Circle account via the mobile app
2. Click the profile icon in the upper-left corner
3. Click "Switch Profile"
4. Click "Add new"
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to activate a new test kit
Alternatively, every family member can create their own Circle account if they wish to separate their Circle results.
