Return with UPS (Philippines)

Important Notice

1. You must return your sample from the same country where your purchase was delivered to. 
2. Please make sure to activate your sample to your CircleDNA Account prior to returning.
3. Please do not throw away any of your return materials, as removing the documentation could cause delay or failure of your sample return. 
4. Please make sure the barcode is well labelled on the test tube.
5. For our customers in the Philippines, please note that an Export Declaration charge of 220-240 Pesos, which has to be settled by the sender, might be applied to your shipment. Please kindly reach out to us at [e-mail] with a receipt for reimbursement.
   

Option 1: Drop off at UPS Station

1. Locate your nearest UPS access point, such as a UPS Store or authorized UPS drop-off location.
2. Package your sample securely, using the return materials provided in your CircleDNA kit.
3. Bring the packaged sample to the UPS access point and inform the staff that you need to return a package with a plastic tube(s).
4. The UPS staff will assist you with the drop-off process.

Option 2: Schedule a UPS Pickup

1. Provide the following information to CircleDNA:
   • Shipper Name
   • Pickup Address
   • Contact Number
   • Email Address
   • Preferred Pickup Date and Time
2. Once we receive your information, we will schedule a UPS pickup at your provided address.
3. Package your sample securely, using the return materials provided in your CircleDNA kit.
4. Have the packaged sample ready for the UPS driver to collect on the scheduled pickup date and time.
